Claverley Parish Council in partnership with South Shropshire Housing Association, is inviting all residents to view their proposals for :-
- 10 Affordable homes
- a Bowling Green
- and Open Space
on land by Aston Lane. The proposals have been developed in conjunction with Bridgnorth District Council, and are subject to full consultation with Villagers prior to Planning permission being sought.
A Public Exhibition was held in All Saints Church on Saturday 24th March 2007 and was followed by a Public meeting in the Church on Monday 26th March 2007.
Parish Council chairman Councillor Rod Parr said ””we are hoping for a good turnout and it is important that we get a good cross-section of views on the proposals”"
A separate development of 6 homes are planned to sell on the open market. The land owners will use the profit from these sales to fund the Community developments.
