Flower Festival 11th July to 14th July 2009.Help Needed1. Flower Festival RotasWe need help in many ways during the Flower Festival. The rotas are in church from the beginning of June asking for help with church stewards, car park stewards, bric -a brac stall helpers, raffle ticket sellers and volunteers for the tea tent and baking. Even if you can only spare an hour it all helps and would be very much appreciated. There are rotas listing days and times, in church from the beginning of June, ring either the following telephone number for more information Jacqui 710784 2. Flower Festival RefreshmentsOne of the things that draw’s our visitor’s too come back year after year is the wonderful homemade cakes. But to continue this success we need as many people as possible to help either washing up or helping to serve refreshments. So if you could offer an hour or two over the four-day period it would be greatly appreciated. Bric a Brac StallGood quality Bric a Brac needed for the Flower Festival stalls. Any donations you may have contact Gill and Roger at Church House or Simon and Sarah (Vicarage Garage). 5. Claverley Flower GuildAnyone arranging in this years Flower Festival is invited to attend the practice sessions These have been arranged for Tuesday 9th June and Tuesday 16th June in Church at 8 p.m. This is a good opportunity to speak to Sally Beaman with ideas about your arrangement and positions of props etc.
