English Village Life at its Best

Back to Claverley Flower Festival page

From Saturday 14th to Tuesday 17th July, 2007 visitors can experience a beautiful Shropshire village at its very best.  Each year more than 3,000 people attend the very well known festival which takes place in the Norman church of All Saints set in the charming picture book village of Claverley.

This is both a church and village event in the great tradition of English rural life.  The stunning displays created by the Church Flower Guild are renowned.

Hundreds of cakes made by villagers will be served, providing truly home-made refreshments.  Stalls will be set up on the steps of the lychgate in the picturesque Bull Ring and Claverley will again have its special festival atmosphere to welcome thousands of visitors.
